Hey, Sweet Friend!

I'm Amanda, the baker and busy human behind Batter & Dough Microbakery. I'm the recipe tester, content creator, marketer, bookkeeper, customer service rep, packaging department, and everything in between.

By day, I'm a school psychologist. By night, you'll find me in the kitchen creating handcrafted cookies, custom cakes, and other sweet bakes from my home bakery in Miramar, Florida. Somewhere in between, I'm also a proud girl mom doing my best to balance it all (with a cookie in hand, of course).

Baking has always been more than just making desserts. It's how I unwind, celebrate life's moments (no matter how small), and show people I care. Cookies are my love language, and decorating cakes

is my favorite kind of therapy.

In late 2025, I took a leap and officially launched Batter & Dough.

I didn't have everything figured out, but I had a dream, a mixer, and a whole lot of determination. What started as a creative outlet has grown into something I never imagined, and I couldn't have done it without this amazing community.
